Shipping Provider
To offer you the best delivery service, we partner with a reputable third-party shipping company. This collaboration enables us to maintain high standards of speed and reliability in our shipping process.

Delivery time is estimated after we have sent your order out. Orders are processed before 5:00 PM everyday. Estimated Delivery Time generally fall on the faster end of the ranges.
For other cities, please expect the package to arrive in 1-3 days. Northern cities are usually 01 day delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs range from 38,500 VND to 80,000 VND, depending on your location. Detailed shipping costs will be finalized during the confirmation of order email after you have placed an order.
Upon arrival
For those who has a Vietnamese number, the delivery person will contact you once the package arrives at the address.
For those who does not have a Vietnamese number, we will contact you via email once the delivery is out, and once the package arrives.
Additional Delivery Options
- Pick-Up at Nearest Postal Office: You can choose to pick up your package at the nearest postal office, which is normally less than 10 minutes by bike from your provided address.
- Delivery to Reception: If you prefer, we can deliver your package to the reception of your building. Please inform the reception beforehand and provide them with the cash total for the order.
Order Processing
- Hanoi: Orders in Hanoi are processed immediately upon receipt.
- Other Cities: For orders to other cities, please inform us before 5:00 PM daily to ensure your package arrives as expected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our third-party shipping provider's website.
